Following was her Prospect Horse FOR SALE information: Painted Black is a 2006, almost 16 hand filly. She will just be turning three and has several more years to grow! This is going to be a big girl. “Blackie” is the perfect filly for someone wanting to finish a horse. She is broke and has breezed just one time. She shows no desire of becoming a racehorse. She is very willing to do what is asked of her but never got “on the muscle” as the other babies did.

She is coming from a great breeder/owner of ours and was broke at a very reputable farm in Lexington, KY. They loved her at the training farm and said she was very easy to ride. She has a huge hip and shoulder and should grow to about 16’1. She has at least two more years of growing and should be brought along slowly to reach her full potential. She is a floaty mover across the ground and has a great attitude. As we were photographing her she was well behaved. The other horses were running around the paddock and she just stood there taking it all in.

She is very laid back and will make a fantastic 3-day event horse. She is only being sold because her owner doesn’t think she has the desire to be a good racehorse. She is clean legged with no vices. She has impeccable ground manners and she has great feet. “Blackie” could be your next “A” show horse. This is your chance to get a well bred, unraced Thoroughbred to be your next sport horse partner. Click here to see more photos on our sister Web site:
