Painted Black Shines at Her New Home in Arizona

Mar 6, 2009

Painted Black aka Bella, is doing very well! She is a very congenial filly….takes things in stride and very matter of fact. She has put on weight nicely and her coat has a great sheen to it. . . She calls to me when she sees me now and gives many kisses. When you kiss her on the nose she makes those lippy faces that are quite funny.

Fox Hunting Balancing Act

Dec 19, 2011

It was warm and dry so scenting was going to be tough. We started slowly with ample time for Imatexan to settle in before we hit the first line. I was in the back of first flight and those of us on that tail end happened to see a coyote sneak out behind us and trot off, thinking he had totally outwitted those hounds who must have walked right by him.

Chipawild in Hunter Training in Florida

Nov 2, 2010

If you go on You Tube there is a video if Chippa in FL. She is being ridden by Jaime Gibson (the Gibson’s are good friends of mine and all in the horse business) who is a very talented young professional after a successful junior career. It took a while to get her “right” but I think you will like the video.
