Chipawild in Hunter Training in Florida

Nov 2, 2010

If you go on You Tube there is a video if Chippa in FL. She is being ridden by Jaime Gibson (the Gibson’s are good friends of mine and all in the horse business) who is a very talented young professional after a successful junior career. Antioch Video

Dec 10, 2010

We got a quick update on how Antioch is doing. Look at how well he is moving and he is on the bit. We are very proud of this pair! There are several videos on Antioch on YouTube. Watch them and see how an off-the-track Thoroughbred’s body changes as they learn to balance themselves and…

My First Ride on Brat Maverick!

Oct 26, 2009

My First Ride on Monarch’s Reign

Jan 11, 2010

The last time I was on a horse was more than two years ago, so I’m not exactly an expert rider these days! Plus – and I almost hate to add this, because in retrospect it seems so silly – Monarch’s racing history gave me some reason to doubt my first ride would be a smooth one. After all, he had raced twice in his short career, and he’d lost his jockey BOTH TIMES!

Happy New Year from Allegiant and Amanda

Jan 1, 2012

Allegiant and I are doing great. I overheard my trainer talking with someone on the trail say, “I am not a big fan of thoroughbreds, but I do like her mare.”
