Whos Cindy Sue – A Future Show Jumper!

Aug 7, 2009

She is doing well! We started lunge training this week, and she caught on quickly! I think I may have found my jumper because she jumped out of her turnout last week (it was feeding time!) the fence is four feet, and she cleared it.

Luck of the Irish Morning Mist – New Home for this OTTB

Oct 31, 2008

It’s a done deal! I bought Irish (Irish Morning Mist)! He will be arriving in Maine on Sunday. I can’t wait to meet him! Luckily it is going to be in the 50’s for the next week, so he can adjust to the cold weather slowly. I will keep in touch as to our progress.…

It has been a while since I posted a “Bubba” (Lynn’s Vision) update. But I’m so inspired by everyone else’s OTTB stories – I try to quickly post them to share with everyone – so I don’t often have time to post my boast about “Bubs”. So I’ll start my post with a strong statement –…

Bubba and I Met the Tooth Fairy and Her Name is Elizabeth!

Oct 7, 2008

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank the “Tooth Fairy” for yanking out Bubba’s second baby tooth in two weeks. Bubs is about four and a half and his physical stature is like that of a teenager. He’s growing up right in front of me – what’s next? shaving? Thanks Elizabeth! You can…

Allegiant Videos from July

Jul 17, 2009

I really REALLY like Allegiant, and can definitely see her potential. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. There is no way I would sell her! She hasn’t done ONE bad thing. Mom and Dad can hold her, and they aren’t even horse people. And, I love how she talks to me when she sees me! I know we will go far! Thanks for all your help!

Mar 23, 2008

Dox made it to Tampa this morning in good condition. He arrived around 9am. My barn manager received him as we are still in Colorado. We can’t wait to get home to see him and love on him and until then, I have people…

TK’s Turn Speaks English

Dec 17, 2011

This is actually a TK (TK’s Turn) story, and it doesn’t involve Butch, although he did ask the other day how many horses we have. I just said “I don’t know”, and he left it alone. Too easy. Anyway, I just thought this was really funny: I was riding TK behind our house yesterday (walking),…
