June is a Doll

Dec 8, 2010

June (A June Affair)  is an absolute doll and has settled in very well!  She is one of the sweetest horses I have been around and her “racehorse” ground manners are improving tremendously! I did get on her this weekend for the first time and she was as good as I could have hoped for. …

Great Game Making Gains

Jan 26, 2012

Just got back from my 3rd—count em 3rd ride—and we are still uglyyyyyyyyyy,,,,but we ain’t as ugly as we were yesterday…lol. You know—I got out there and it all just comes back automatically—I don’t have to map out a plan—I remember how to train little—or big greenies—lol–we started working on flexing her poll a bit–giving…

Grey Thoroughbred Horse For Sale – My Isabell- SOLD!

Jun 10, 2013

My Isabell is a gorgeous horse with loads of potential. When I purchased Izzy I was a stay at home mom and thought I would have plenty of time to work with her, but I have had to go back to work full time and sadly that means she is not getting worked much at all. Izzy is incredibly smart and sensitive with a great work ethic. She likes to be out doing things and learning and I just don’t have the time to give her what she needs. I would love to see her go to someone who will put her in a regular program where she will be mentally and physically stimulated.

Flash From the Past

You know…I was looking back thru some old correspondence of ours back before even Muchu was a done deal and I ran across a couple of little blurbs I just had to share……boy did it turn out to be prophetic…..

Having a Horse in your Life is a Gift. . .Words of Inspiration we all Appreciate

Feb 23, 2009

To have a horse in your life is a gift. In the matter of a few short years, a horse can teach a young girl courage, if she chooses to grab mane and hang on for dear life. Even the smallest of ponies is mightier than the tallest of girls. To conquer the fear of falling off, having one’s toes crushed, or being publicly humiliated at a horse show is an admirable feat for any child. For that, we can be grateful.

Seven Years – 75 Races!

Aug 22, 2012

My vet says that this is the kind of racehorse that should be bred, since after 7years of racing, 75+ races he still has the legs of a healthy horse. My only regret is that I didn’t buy him sooner.

Wise Young Sage is AWESOME!

Wise Young Sage is AWESOME! Everywhere I go I feel like I’m with a celebrity. People literally stare at him with their jaws dropped all oohing and gooing over his beautiful floating trot & rocking horse canter. He has amazing potential to be competitive at the highest levels in eventing.
