Flame Boyant – SOLD! March 2009
Flame Boyant aka “Skinny” has found a new home with not one but TWO moms! This horse has been well loved by anyone who has ever known him. He was one of our 25 Special Horses and the photos of him as poor ole’ “Skinny” spurred many people to help rescue these deserving horses. Flame will have a loving home in Memphis, TN with Heather and Brianna Lucca.
Taking “Commander” in Every Direction

Off-the-Track Thoroughbreds are easy to train but it sometimes helps to have someone coaching and encouraging you. Too often all you get is criticism because of peoples’ lack of knowledge about ex-race horses.
Enjoying Life After Racing
We had a perfect day today (weather) and both horses took full advantage of it on the soft ground. Thought you’d enjoy seeing Taxi with Cait’s other horse, Pepper. We’ve never had two horses lay down together like this. We were working on the fence near them so after seeing if we needed any help they decided to crash.
