Thoroughbreds can do

Love at First Meeting!

Feb 18, 2009

….I didn’t even quite realize who was over in that pasture, until Barry said “now Aly….stays over in this pasture” and I just about exploded in a scream, I don’t think words can describe what happens when you feel the soft muzzle of an Aly BaYboy for the first time, I felt so quiet when I first touched him, I think its because such feelings, just can’t be expressed, that’s all there is to it.

Gold Commander One Loves to Play

Feb 6, 2012

. . .a little more than six months later, I’m as happy as ever with him. He’s a very thoughtful, playful, curious and intelligent horse, representing Thoroughbreds very well. He likes to lip ponytails of the girls at the barn; he snatches lead ropes and halters off hooks and tosses them in the air, and; he also likes to drink water out of water bottles – a real ham.

Brett is at his Best when the Light Bulb goes on

Aug 31, 2008

Grayboo and Amanda Cross Country with the Big Guys

Aug 4, 2008

I’m just SO excited about Grayboo that I have to share it. Amanda and Grayboo competed this weekend at River Glen. They were in the Training Rider Division – there was no junior division so they competed against juniors and adults (a class size of 22). They had a very good dressage test and scored…

Hollywood Vic – SOLD! February 2008

Feb 14, 2008

SOLD! Congratulations Cheri Jackson of Woodstock, Georgia! Here was his Prospect Horse FOR SALE information: Hollywood Vic was one of our 25 Special Horses. He was purchased by our favorite trainer to learn how to become a racehorse. He was too laid back and slow so he was offered for sale to a “forever home”.…

Dr. Kenny Winn – Just What the Doctor Ordered

Aug 28, 2009

Kwinn let out one of those contented snorts all over Adam, then just rested his head across his shoulder! I laughed so hard at the sight of my non-horsey husband bonding with our big guy!!
